What Causes Pinching Sensation In The Left Side Of Abdomen?
I have a pinching sensation in the left side of my abdomen about three fingers below my rib cage. Has been going on for four days. Made worse by exercise (and seems like stress makes it worse as well)? Doesn t hurt in lungs or chest. Just feels like a constant runner s cramp even when I m not running.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to dyspepsia and most likely cause would be hyperacidity and it can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
