What Causes Pinching Sensation In The Pelvis?

For several months I have been experiencing a pinching/ twisted sensation in my lower right pelvic area where my right ovary was removed many years ago. I have had a CT & Ultra sound and nothing showed up. I deal with the discomfort but find it annoying. It is not constant but consistent. I take a couple aspirin off and on which helps.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, workup of osteoporosis should be done with blood calcium and phosphate as well as Vitamin D3 levels along with a detailed DEXA scan to monitor bone density as with weakening whether age related or dietary may cause such skeletal pains and may appear before anatomical damage has been done. Using supplements for calcium, phosphate and vitamin D along with OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be of help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
