Hi, i have a pinching sensation on the under side of the glans (corona) to the left of the meatus. There is a slight patch that looks purple and is more noticable if I squeeze it lightly - it kind of fills like blood flowing on to is but looks the same tone as a bruise. Its more dark purple not red. I wouldnt think its an STD etc as I am married. I have had thrush after a course of antibiotics which has then been treated, this has become apparent after the thrush treatment.
