What Causes Pink And Brown Spotting?
hi, im 31 days late today, 14,15,16,17 of november i was spotting, it was pink color the 14 and the rest of the days it was brown i took a urine pregnancy test and there were 2 lines a red line and a very faint line. 2 week later i took a second urine test and there was just 1 line, last week i had my coworker draw blood and i took the serum and put it in a pregancy test which came back with the same result, 1 red line and 1 faint line, i have an appointment tomorrow for HCG level, im just very anxious and scared, because something very similar happened about almost 2 years ago and the same day i had the serum pregnancy test i had my period, im just scared that is my obsesion of having a baby what is causing all this.

A very faint line on a home pregnancy test usually means that implantation has occurred and you're in the early stages of pregnancy. But you will want to test again a few weeks later to see if the faint line has become thicker and darker, meaning your pregnancy is progressing.
HCG is normally only present in your body if you are pregnant. Any positive line, no matter how faint, means your result is pregnant.You should visit your doctor for further evaluation.
