What Causes Pink Color Vomit?

my tlc is about 21000 cu , i am suffering from stomache when i vomit some pink color thing comes out on every vomit, my heart beat is not normal but my chambers and echo test says that my heart is normal. i have been refered to AIIMS Delhi, what shall i do

Pink color vomiting means fresh blood in the vomiting , ( in every vomits ) with leucocytosis ( elevated level of W B C ) may be due to .
1 Leukaemia as this is the most common cause , however your wbc is not so high level but possibilities may be . Diagnosis can be confirmed by repeated blood examination for wbc.
2 Thrombocytopenia , decrease level of platelets in blood causes pink color vomiting so please get in blood examination for platelets count.
3 Hematemasis is another cause due to ulcer in stomach or esophageal varices . Diagnosis can be confirmed by endoscopy examination.
Your history of illness is incomplete , so very difficult to establish any diagnosis because there are so many reasons of pink color vomiting.
So please consult physician and get his opinion.
