What Causes Pink Colored Vaginal Spotting After Having Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex last week on July 24th & this morning I woke up cramping really bad & when I went to the bathroom it was a pinkish color then I used the bathroom again & I started spotting then my boyfriend had told me he had felt nauseous all of a sudden. Could I be pregnant ?

Thanks for posting in HCM.

Having unprotected sex always carries a risk of becoming pregnant.
The cramps and spotting what you are mentioning could indicate either implantation bleeding or missed abortion. Hence this requires evaluation.

Anyway, since you want to know weather you are pregnant or not, kindly get the following tests done.
1. Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT).
2. Blood for estimation of beta-HCG.

If you miss your periods this time, then get a trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) done. Kindly take opinion from Gynecologist for further management.

However, if you get your periods in time, that indicates that you are not pregnant.
