What Causes Pink Menstrual Bleeding?

Hello Dr. Two day ago there was something look like jelly fish pink color come out from my vagina, I can t afford to go to the doctor, I am wondering if something wrong with my body . I am 30 year old women and missed period 2 days . Thank you .

Hello dear
I understand your concern
If you have unprotected sexual intercourse in the unsafe period of cycle then it could be a implantation bleeding.
Other causes could be a hormonal imbalance, old endometrial tissue, precancerous condition of cervix and vagina and endometriosis.
If period will delay by 8-10 days then go for pregnancy test and or blood HCG to confirm the pregnancy.
In addition consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, PAP smear to confirm the above causes.
Period can be induced by the progesterone pill by progesterone supplements.
