What Causes Pink Mucus And Cloudy Liquid Diarrhea?
I have been having pink mucous and cloudy liquid diareah since friday. There is very little feces. what there is is small pellets. I am a 65 year old woman in poor health..type 1 uncontrolled diabetes A1c 11.8 since 2010. I have severe neuropathy blurry vision and from such high sugars mental confusion about 30per cent of the time. What could this new symptom be? E mail YYYY@YYYY
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of uncontrolled diabetes, A1c of 11.8 - neuropathy, blurred vision, and now have pink mucus with liquid diarrhea. These indicate that you have uncontrolled diabetes and that might have been the cause of an intestinal infection. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult your Doctor and get a clinical evaluation, investigations afresh to decide the proper status at the moment and get corrected any problems. Also needed is a course of an antibiotic and probiotics. Get admitted to have proper control of all the problems, to get a proper treatment.
