For as long as I can remember, I have a pink patch of pigmentation on my fore arm, not raised or with different texture from the rest of my skin. I have noticed over the last few years more and more smaller spots . According to your complaints it seems you are having port wine stain which is a type of capillary malformation.
It won't be treated with creams and tablets.
