What Causes Pink Spot On Penis Opening?

Hello, I'm sure this kind of question is asked a lot. But I wanted to know if I should be concerned about a small pinkish red spot on the head of my penis? It is about the size of the head of a needle, perhaps smaller. I have no pain in that region and the spot itself does not appear to be scabby, just a small redish dot. It is not a bump, nor raised, just appears under the skin. Is this nothing more than a popped blood vessel?

I understand your concern.
Pink spot what you are speaking of having on the penis tip could be just a superficial skin abrasion.
Kindly clean the spot with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine twice daily. Apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream on the spot after drying.
Kindly maintain good genital hygiene.
