What Causes Pink Spots On Toilet Paper, Headache And Nausea?

Hi there, I finished my menstraul cycle last week. My partner and I did the deed on Sunday. Yesterday I noticed a couple pink spots on the toilet paper when I wiped. I have had bad cramps yesterday and today. I have also woken up the past 2 days with a bad headache and nauseous. I have also started eating healthier and working out for the past two weeks and had a couple bad foods pop/chips etc. So not sure, but I drink and smoke so want to know if I need to stop..please help!

Hello

According to the history you provide you can do a pregnancy test to rule in or out it.Howevet it is early for it to be positive.I strongly recommend you to stop smoking and drinking alcohol and to repeat the test after two weeks.
