What Causes Pink Vaginal Bleeding After A C-section Delivery?

I had a baby via c section 18 weeks ago I bleed heavy for 8 weeks now it is constant watery pink blood. I had a scan which stated bulky axial uterus, hyperechoic area measuring 40x25mm noted in midline of uterus with areas of cystic change unable to demonstrate normal endometrium or midline echo some evidence of colour flow Doppler. Appeeenvrd are not typical of retained products endometrial pathology cannot be completely excluded I am awaiting further appointments but had no explaination as to what this could be thanks

Hi I think you can be having endometritis. You may need some antibiotic to treat that. It will resolve by antibiotic. You can repeat a scan after a complete course of antibiotics to see the effect. Hope it helps.
