What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

I had my first ultrasound today and found out I m between 8 and 9 weeks. The doctor said everything looked good. When I wiped later today, I noticed pink on tissue. I wiped again this evening in the bathroom, and it is pink again. I m worried. Is this normal?

This is nothing to worry because sometime this happens during first trimester, if ultrasonography is okay then this is nothing to worry, but still condition need to be kept under close observation, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
