What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge During Urination?
Hello, I am seeing a barely there, light pink discharge after I urinate. It does not happen each time I use the bathroom but a few times a week and this has been going on for two months now. My last period ended over a week ago and I have had my tubes tied so no chance of pregnancy. How serious is this?
It seems that you are having little blood discharge in urine. It could be a sign o persistent urinary tract infection. As it is happening for 2 months on and off and you have not developed any other infection related symptoms, it is important not to ignore the condition and find the cause of the bleeding.
First of all, you should go for a blood test (complete blood count) and urine culture. Based on the report, it can be decided if infection is present in urinary tract or not. Further investigations and treatment can be decided once these reports come. You can ask me a direct question after the results come or visit a urologist for further advise.
I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.
Best, Dr. Viraj Shah
