What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge While Treating PCOS?

I guess I will start by saying, my name is Montana, I am 19 years old, and I am trying to have a baby with my husband. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 13 (but I haven t had any troubles with it what so ever since 17) My last menstrual was on 5/6/15. This morning (5/17/15) I woke up and went to the bathroom like normal and when I wiped there was pinkish red smeared on the toilet paper. What could that be?

I really appreciate your concern, such menses bleeding could be due to some retained blood inside the uterine cavity of previous menses and this may not be sign of pregnancy, hope this information helps, take care.
