What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?
Am 28 yrs am two weeks pregnant, I bleed slightly pinkish for two days then spotting brownish an u/s shows bulky uterus measured about 108*50*70mm edom appeared moderately thickness. Am still see brownish, mass null, ovaries normal. I had miscarriage three months back pls help

It can be a threatened abortion.
Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
As of now, take absolute bed rest and drink plenty of water.
You may have to start on progestins like "Susten" to prevent miscarriage.
