General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blood mixing with clear looking cervical fluid while flowing out of the uterus could be turning it pink. This color may also be a sign of a hormonal imbalance or infection, PID, ovarian cyst, contraceptives, ovulation spotting, cervicitis, polyp, etc. Menstrual irregularities may be a cause too. Age and stress may make your menstrual cycles irregular. Stay away from stress and take rest. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist and get all required tests and investigations done.

If sexually active, get a pregnancy test done to rule out implantation bleeding. Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to detect kidney infection, stone or kidney diseases. You can take acetaminophen or naproxen, one stat after food to get relief from pain. Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
