What Causes Pinkish Brown Vaginal Spotting?
i am concerned. Im week away from my period and have pinkish brown spotting-i tested a faint positive. Today however, there is a slightly sharp pain in my lower right hand side, and when it happens it radiates to my back. I have vaginal burning as well.
