What Causes Pinkish Discharge From Urethra After The Insertion Of Soap?

I got a bit of soap inside my urethra a few days ago and now it feels itchy and irritated. It doesn't burn when I pee, it just stings when I wipe. Today I saw a couple of pink spots on the tissue but I was wiping viciously to relieve the itch. When I am off the toilet and flex my kegals, it just feels irritated around urethra opening. Do I need antibiotics or can I drink cranberry juice and tons of water to flush it out?

Soap has chemicals which can cause irritation over the urethra and when u itch rashes may appear. U don't need antibiotics unless there is urethral discharge. For now keep the area clean, don't apply soap, don't rub against the area even though it itches, drink plenty of water, wear loose undergarments.
Also get urine routine and culture to rule out any possibility of urinary infection.
