What Causes Pinkish Red Spots On The Face?

Hello, the skin on my face is having pinkish red spots at various places after appr.2 days the skin will peel off for several days, but before it stops peeling new spots come up in different places. It does not hurt or itch it is just there. It started about six weeks ago, yesterday I thought all is healing, this morning I have three new places and the old spots started to peel again. I have to pull the skin off with a tweezer several times a day.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Spots on the face can be due to allergic reaction like pollen, dust, fumes or pollution. It can be due to exposure to the sun or allergy due to the careless intake of some food.

Be careful about what you eat, stay away from sunburns, do not share personal products. Do not use any chemical facial products. You can apply calamine lotion & take antihistamines for relieve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
