What Causes Pinkish Vaginal Discharge Post Intercourse?
I jus had started my period last Thursday and it ended two days ago. A day before I started it I whiped and seen pink discharge then rhe next day it turned to the regular red. I jus had sex with my boyfriend about 20 min ago and we noticed a pinkish discharge. I need to know whats going on. Please help
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What you have experienced could be 'post-coital bleeding'. It refers to spotting or bleeding unrelated to menstrual cycle that occurs during or after sexual intercourse. Causes of these include: Infection, Cervical or endometrial polyps, Vaginal cancer, Cervical cancer or Trauma. You need to get an Ultrasound scan of pelvis done along with per-speculum examination by Gynecologist to rule out some of these causes.
