What Causes Pins And Needles Feeling In The Feet?
i never used to have this problem but just recently when i have been going for a walk in the evening i have been getting pins and needles in my feet to the point that they are almost completely numb i dont know what is causing it and if i should be worried

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get it reviewed by a neurologist and get sensory system examination done as it can be because of peripheral neuropathy. B12, folic acid and D3 levels may be checked. Replacement may also be started.
