General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have moved a lot o heavy boxes in the recent past & now are experiencing pins and needles in the knee and inner calf.

Pinched nerve, sprain & strain, nerve compression syndrome, neurological issues, restless leg syndrome, diabetic neuropathy, etc may cause such symptoms.

You should take rest & stop activities that may further aggravate the pain or cause compression in the pinched nerve. You may have to take the help of a brace or a splint to immobilize the area affected in order to give the affected area rest.

For relieve you can apply pain relieving ointment or sprays(volini). You can take analgesics or NSAIDS for relieve, one sos after taking food.

Warm compression or gentle massage may help. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get routine investigations & imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort.

You will be treated depending on the severity of symptoms & pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
