What Causes Pins And Needles In Knee?
I had a patella rupture injury in 2009. They reattached it using wire, however the wire was never romoved. Where they suppose to remove this wire? Currently I m in a lot of pain as the wire has broken up in 6 pieces. Feels like I have needles in my knee.

I really appreciate your concern, obviously you need to see the orthopedic surgeon and have a words with him, because wire need to be removed if this is being broken in pieces , this is the only option you have, take care.
