What Causes Pins And Needles In The Abdomen And Flatulence?

my husband started having cramping in his stomach that feels like pins and needles. No bloating or gas but seems to be getting more intense. It the entire stomach area, not just upper or lower. He is 42 years old, extremely fit, lifts weights and does intense cardio 4 times a week. He usually drinks about a 1/2 gal of water daily, sometimes more.

Hello

As you explain the situation probably this is a viral situation which causes this kind of abdominal discomfort.Sometimes is associated with vomiting or diarrhea or both of even none of this.Just try to have a rest and he can take painkillers as needed.
