What Causes Pins And Needles In The Feet And Toes With Difficulty In Sitting Down?

I have a burning ,needle type of sensation in my feet only when I sit , sometimes it will be the left foot and other times it could be the right or both . sometimes its under the toes , or the end of the toes or sometimes the ball ,. When I go to bed it goes away , thanks rod

Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic Concerning your symptoms of pin burning and needle Sensations at both foot toes and the testis that resolves after going to bed I will suggest you have developed a condition called peripheral neuropathy which is caused by the following

Diabetes
Hypertensive disease
Metabolic disorder
Chronic Alcohol intake
Vascular disease

In view of this please check your blood pressure and do the following test
Serum thiamine
Fasting blood sugar
Serum electrolytes urea creatinine

Hence with the results schedule an appointment with a neurologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment
