Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
What is your age? Any history of diabetes, hypertension or heart disease? Are you on any regular drugs? Most of the time, such symptoms indicate physical / mental exhaustion or dehydration. But if there is feeling of heaviness, we have to be careful - closely watch for- weakness of arms / legs, slurring of speech, deviation of face to one side or ataxia(swaying to one side on walking). If any of these symptoms appear, rush to ER, as we have to rule out stroke. If no such symptoms, we need not worry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
