What Causes Pixelated Vision After Switching From Quetiapine To Flouxetine?

I have palinopsia apparently the psychiatrist have stated. I noticed it the morning I woke up from taken quetiapine, I was also taken mirtazapine prior for 4 years - with no visual disturbances. I stopped take. Quetiapine 4 months ago and stated flouxtine and my vision is increasingly tracing and pixelated. I am trying to do a degree and no one is helping me?
