What Causes Platelet Count To Be Abnormal?
I have no fever and dengue result is negative. But my platelet count is fluctuating every alternate day. Seven days ago it was 1.00 lakh but today it is 70000 only. Some time ago it was 55000 then 75000 and then 100000 but again it is about 70000 count. Why please suggest

As per your history, it may be essential thrombocytopenia.
For that, I would suggest you complete hemogram, bone marrow test after haematologist consultation.
Kindly try to avoid injuries as it may cause more blood loss.
