Hello,

I would like to know about your son:
1. DO you seeing him passing stool regularly?
2. Is there any change in stool color or consistency?
3. Does he vomiting?
4. Do you feel like his upset, fatigue ?
5. Is he active, as normal?
6. Is he taking breath normally?
7. Does he experienced any bad or distressing occurrence?

You can do some tests like:
1. Complete Blood Count
2. ECG
3.
For now, it is sufficient. You can try to make him eat. At least try to give him chocolate drinks, fruit juice, his favorite foods.
You can also buy some herbal appetizer.

With the results and answers, please post another question which can guide me/any doctor to proceed to the next step.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
