What Causes Poor Appetite, Weakness And Insomnia While On Trulicity?
Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...my husband is 74 yrs old, diabetic insulin dep,also cad, hypertension, 2015 two heart stents,1998 cabg. he started trulicity 2 wks ago, c/o of decrease in appetite, very weak, sleepless nites just feels blah... he drinks to keep hydrated but no relief...we are plan on flying to sc for a vac 9/24 ,worried something is wrong??? I am worried its his heart again.

The heart and diabetes both can cause the symptoms he has. It is important for him that before he goes for a vacation to have a thorough check to make sure he is healthy. The following would be recommended:
- ECH, heart ultrasound
- CBC, lipids, sugar level, HbA1C, kidney function tests, liver function tests, urinalysis.
