What Causes Poor Circulation With Redness In Hands, Feet And Face?

My friend is experiencing poor circulation accompanied by redness in hands, feet, face somewhat. She is concerned about the water she is drinking from her land, a bold spring and possibly having iron overload. She eats organic and very healthy although not very much in quantity. She is middle aged and lean and generally healthy. Could she have a deficiency or overload?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I can understand ur concerns.
This kind of redness in my opinion is nothing to bother for. Its been normal in many individuals. And how can she asses that she has decreased blood flow? Decreased blood flow gives pale colored hands.
She is doing good and her lifestyle is also nice.
Still any doubts, You may ask a physician who may do some blood work to say with confidence if there is some derangement.
Have a nice time. Give feedback so that I may assist u better next time.
Regards!
