What Causes Poor Cognition While On S-Adenosylmethionine?
I started taking SAMe about a month ago because it was talked about at a seminar that I was attending. It was supposed to help with memory, but I believe since I have been taking it my thought process has slowed down.Could this be possible ? I have never had a problem, but I am 70 yrs old and I thought I would get a jump start.
