General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

All the symptoms your nephew is going through (poor concentration, difficulty walking and slower speech) unfortunately are indicating neurological impairment due to exposure to carbon monoxide.

Immediate treatment by toxicologist is highly recommended. He should undergo immediate medical treatment and not staying at home.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
