hi sir , i am 21 years of age and i am 114 kg and i have height of 185 cm , sir i am not getting a good erection from past 2 weeks (after i had intercourse with my girlfriend) and i experince head aches when i try to mastubute specially at the back side of my head, is thier any thing to worry abour?? what would be the worst acenario in my case??
