What Causes Poor Memory And Difficulty In Remembering Things?
Lately I have noticed times when I forget a word to complete a sentence. Also been having trouble remembering a subject that I had just finished talking or hearing about. Used to have good recall. I feel foggy and frustrated when I try. Usually stays blank
Possible causes are
1. anxiety or depression.
2. alcohol intake.
3. vitamin B12 and B6 deficiency.
4. head injury.
5. Parkinson disease.
6. Alzheimer's disease.
7. multiple lacunar infractions etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done serum B12 and folic acid levels. Avoid alcohol. Eat green leafy vegetables. Use tablet B complex.
If symptoms not improved please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
