Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Everyone do forget things, however forgetting things that are commonly done do mean dementia. However all types of dementia at ENT serious as sometimes overburden, stress, depression, and certain treatable diseases may also cause it. So what I understand for above that there is some element of dementia, you probably better need to see a neurologist to be assessed in details.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
