What Causes Poor Memory And Pain Under The Ribs Upon Sneezing?

I have been told i have ranouds, i also have started having memory problems, stabbing pains under my rib cage when i cough or sneeze. i feel as if i have the flu almost all the time. muscle pain night sweats. im always tired but still have trouble falling asleep sometimes. my right foot always feels as if its about to cramp up and i have pain in my lower back with bladder pain and blood in my urine. my ? is what should i be worried about first?

Hi There

Dear you need to stay more warm now than you were used to be before. Because of cold weather you have been caught by cold and cough. Due to Frquent coughing you got stress on rib cage and it can give you pain for that you need not to be worried and just take paracetamol with some cough syrup.

It can be an anxiety factor that make you awake sometime and reason for night sweats. After being diagnosed with Raynaud's , anxiety can be there. For that I will suggest to cope up with the symptoms and don't loose you heart please.

Pain in the lower back and ruin in blood is a primary thing to be concerned about . Drink lots n lots of fluid , it can be any ureteric or urinary bladder stone or any infection of urinary track. Get done a urine analysis and ultrasound abdomen and consult with a urologist near by you.
