What Causes Popping Sensation In Calf?

I had a weird sensation in my left calf while sitting at my desk at work today. It felt like a small bubble popped, but there was no sound and no pain. (It triggered a panic attack, because i have a blood clot phobia which began after i had surgery in january 2015.) What might that bubble sensation have been?

Hello. It's just anxiety attack because if u heard a click then must be a reason to worry which can occur in knee dislocation or tendon rupture usually occur during activity but that's not a case here. Also examine the area. If swelling is present or feel pain on touching then u have to go visit a doctor . Hope that answer the question. Thanks
