What Causes Popping Sensation In The Chest While Sleeping?
I have had this condition for years but it has been happening more frequently. When I am just falling to sleep I am awakened by a pop in my chest area. I was given a heart monitor for 24 hours and the doctor said I have an atrial node dysfunction and would probably need a pacemaker at some point in the future. My grandmother on my dads side had a pacemaker for 10 years, I am thinking this may be a genetic problem. Any opinions?
