What Causes Popping Sensation On The Lower Back After Lifting A Heavy Object?

Hi,i was working today and lifting something heavy while I was like bending forward and suddenly I felt a pop on my lower right side back and some weird pain,not much pain only when I try to bend down,can you possibly tell me if is serious or just a muscle??

Hello,

As the history suggests this will be ligament sprain in the lumbar spine leading to the weakness of the paraspinal muscles and the intervertebral disc. If taken care for now then may restrict the disc pathology to progress.

Doing core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises should help improve the overall symptoms.
