Hello, my name is tom. I have been suffering with a weird sensation in my mouth. It feels like there are pop rocks going off in my mouth especially when I lye down. My mouth has a popping sensation and it always is accompanied by hotness and sore throats. I have had dysphagia for 2 years now and currently in the process of finding out what the dysphagia is caused by ( differentiating between LPRD amd cricopharyngeal dysfunction). I was just curious as to what may he causimg the popping and tingling sensatiom in my mouth ? Can it be related to ENT problems?

Hello
The sensation may be caused due to a neuropathy, that means, dysfuction of your nerves supplying the mouth!
This can be due to vitamin b complex deficiency , increased blood sugars , etc!
Please meet your ENT doctor for further examination and advice!
thanks
