What Causes Popping Up Of Knee Bone?

My left knee pops at least once a day. It sticks and when I straighten it out it pops and hurts. It feels like my knee cap is floating. Not sure how better to describe that . . . I also have pain in my inner knee from a slight tear of my meniscus a few years ago.

Hello,

It's all due to your meniscal tear all this sensation are happening. I know I can understand whatever you are describing but if it were there for so long and has not healed up then its time to fix to get rid of all the situation. So kindly go for surgery and what are you still waiting for? it won't heal on its own.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. ARCHANA
