What Causes Positive HPT After Having Abortion?

I had a abortion 3 weeks ago and today I took a home pregnancy test and it came out positive. ...1 of the lines was fainted but it definitely was 2 lines.....now the day before the abortion me and my boyfriend did have unprotected sex and 2 weeks after the abortion we had sex but used protection. ...could I be pregnant again?
