General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Positive urinary pregnancy test with negative ultrasound may be an underlying alarming sign of ectopic pregnancy (taken place in ampulla of water or fallopian tube). Clinical co relation with LMP considerations are very vital clinical grounds for the condition to be understood and managed in best possible manner.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
