What Causes Post Nasal Drip Along With Headaches And Nausea?

Hi. these are my symptoms: spitting excessive clear mucus coming from the back of the nose, headache, very nausea, not vomiting, ringing in left ear, popping in left ear, feeling off balance and sometimes dizzy, shortness of breathe at times, stuffy nose at times. No fever and usually low blood pressure but last few days blood pressure has elevated! HELP!!! Miserable

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from upper respiratory tract problems. Probably a nasal polyp or a nasal mass that is compressing your Eustachian tube leading to middle ear infection and the above symptoms.
Consult a ENT specialist and get X- ray and clinical tests done.
As a temporary measure you can take Tab Levocetrizine at bed time/tab. Do a warm saline water gargle and steam inhalation.
