What Causes Pounding Heart Without Any Pain In 23 Year Old?

My heart has been pounding harder than usual the past couple days, I m not having any pain, and I don t feel as though I am anxious. I am a 23 yr old Male, weigh 194 lbs, height is 6 2 . I just took my BP, 138/60, pulse rate is currently 82 bpm. I do not currently have any known medical conditions. I do have quite a few older family members that have had or have cardiovascular issues. What do you think might be causing my heart to beat so hard?

Thank you for your concern and your family members who have had cardiovascular problems
This is palpitations which symptoms that your heart not well.
Its important to have a doctor preferably cardiologist examine and confirm the heart beats
There are several tests which may be necessary
1.Chest x Ray. to assess the heart size. shape and orientation
2. ECG. this is to check for the rhythm of the heart and if regular
3. Echo cardiogram for any abnormality. valvular. thrombus or septal defect
4. cardiac enzymes. for any myocadiodamage
5.Troponin levels
6 D Dimers for myocardial damage
7. ASOT test. for previous streptococcus infection which may cause rheumatic heart disease.
Treatment
This will depend on the outcome of the tests.
Cardiologist review still necessary for proper follow-up.
