Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options. 1 ) First of all do not panic. 2 ) I will suggest you to get blood beta HCG test done. If it is positive, I will suggest you to get dilatation and curettage done. As this will help to clean out the contents of the uterine cavity. The material curetted out can be sent for pathological examination to know its exact nature . 3 ) in case of negative test results, you can simply wait for the onset of periods or induce the periods with Tab Regestrone 5 mg twice a day for 5 days. Usually periods start within 3 to 10 days of finishing the tablets. 4 ) Also , if breast discharge persists then serum prolactin levels should be done. If needed Tab Cabergolin 0.5 mg twice a week for 4 weeks will help to stop breast secretions. 5 ) In some women it takes time for breast secretions to subside after discontinuation of the pregnancy. I will suggest you to use barrier contraceptive method like condom, if needed till this current dilemma gets over. This will prevent unnecessary confusion arising from next or unexpected pregnancy.
