Hi, The condition you are facing is called as false pregnancy. Here due to intense desire to conceive, woman builds up a psychological belief that she is pregnant and her body also starts getting many of pregnancy symptoms making the belief turn more strong. Actually, psychology affects hormonal activity which mimics pregnancy and so all the symptoms start. If your periods were regular all these days, you should get ultrasonography scan of uterus to confirm the finding of home pregnancy test. Even if it turns out to be false pregnancy, don t panic. Medical science has advanced so much that there are treatments for every health problem so you would get. You both need to be checked in detail for fertility.
