What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms While HPT Is Negative?
Last year I had my right/left tube and right ovary removed. I currently have not had my period for 3 wks and have had several pregnancy symptoms. I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Is there any way I could be pregnant? Or what else could be going on?

Hello welcome to HCM. Two aspects you can consider. First is you are getting the pregnancy symptoms because of the variation in the hormonal levels in trhe body. Second is which is very are, there could be failure in the operation leading to pregnancy. If the symptoms are not coming down with absence of period, then please get one abdominal scan to confirm the cause. Take care
